Xiaomi Mi USB fan
A simple USB fan from Xiaomi that you can carry around with you and power from a portable usb power pack.
Alternatively you can just plug it into your regular USB AC adapter and that would work too. It consumes around 1 watt which is extremely energy efficient and will run for a long time even on the smallest powerbank.
This is one of the lower power USB fans, so if you don't mind using a bit more energy, opt for a different fan which consumes more but produces more air flow.
I've seen people giggle and laugh at me for using a USB fan in public. Then after awhile they start fanning themselves with paper, then they start discussing how they should probably try buy one!
