You will find several YouTube videos explaining each of the Seven Basic Tools of Quality tool and showing you how to perform these Quality tools in Excel. But your success is NOT JUST dependent upon KNOWING how to CREATE these Basic Tools of Quality in Excel. Your success is REALLY dependent upon how effectively you use this knowledge of the Seven Basic Quality Tools in real-world situations.
My name is Rahul Iyer, and in this YouTube video series, I will showcase the use of these Quality tools in real-world practical scenarios. We will discuss at least two examples of Stratification, Histogram, Pareto Charts, Scatterplot, and Control Charts each in the entire series. Fishbone Diagram and Check Sheets are non-numerical tools. Hence, they are not included in our discussion. What is a Scatterplot?
A Scatter Diagram helps understand the impact of one or multiple independent variables on a dependent variable. It helps define the relationship of the variables in discussion. A scatter diagram is also called the Scatterplot.
