1 Kg Onion
1-2 cloves of Garlic
3-4 tbsp Olive oil
2-3 nos. Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste

CLASSIC SPAGHETTI ARRABBIATA

1 tbsp Olive oil
2 nos. Garlic Cloves
2-3 nos. Red Chillies
1 cup Tomato Sauce
80 gm Spaghetti
2-3 tbsp Pasta Water
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan for Garnish (optional)

SPAGHETTI ARRABBIATA 2.0 (with Zucchini and Bell Peppers)

4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 nos. Zucchini (Green and Yellow)
1 nos. Bell pepper (Red and Yellow)
2 nos. Garlic Cloves
2-3 nos. Red Chillies
1 cup Tomato Sauce
80 gm Spaghetti
2-3 tbsp Pasta Water
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan for Garnish (optional)
