It’s been a little longer than usual between videos, but we’re finally here with a brand‑new project!
This time it’s another Guillow’s kit — but not a warbird. After sitting in a drawer for over three years, the Piper Super Cub 95 is finally getting its moment. The thumbnail isn’t a Super Cub (I know!), but it’s the scheme I’ll be aiming for.
For this build I’m planning a military‑style finish, and I’ve found a scheme that lets me try something completely new: pre‑painted tissue paper. I’ll also be continuing with UMX‑sized electronics to keep things light and manageable.
This video introduces the kit, the plan, and what’s coming in the next parts of the series.
Thanks for your support — and please like and subscribe to follow the build!
