2020 marks the 20th anniversary of the Community Foundation of Louisville’s Vogt Awards making it the longest-standing program of its kind in the region. It was made possible by a $5 Million endowment left by Henry Vogt Heuser Sr. in 1999. This year up to six startups will be selected to participate in a comprehensive, 10-week training program and receive $25,000 each in non-dilutive funding. This is the only local program of its kind that allows founders to retain full ownership of their business as they leverage startup education, mentorship and an infusion of capital to accelerate their company’s growth.
