The Community Foundation of Louisville is proud to announce the recipients of its 21st annual Vogt Invention and Innovation Awards.
The recipients are:
Black UX Labs: Founder - Amber Fields.
Gluconfidence: Founder - Brian Olivier.
Legal Gantt: Founders - Hishem Alsalman and Carlos Acevedo.
Timeout: Founder - Maya McClendon.
Symba: Founders - Ryan Harris, Evan Knowles, Tanner Wilcox.
Yornest: Founder - Michael Brizendine
These six early-stage companies received $25,000 in non-dilutive grant funding, participated in a 10-week accelerator program, startup coaching, mentorship from industry veterans, strategic introductions and recognition. The program culminated with an introduction of the founders and company pitches at Demo Day on Wednesday, October 13, at 5:00 PM at Waterfront Botanical Gardens sponsored by Louisville Public Media.
