We start our journey from the historical park - Kyivan Rus. This is the marvelous and unique place in the history of mankind, reproduction of the most famous medieval city in Eastern Europe - Ancient Kiev V-XIII centuries, the capital of the largest medieval empire of Kyivan Rus. Here you can shoot a bow, ride a horse, making your own coin, and, even more - throw real Stone Age weapons: spears, knives, axes.⠀
At the time of our filming, Ukrainians were celebrating a popular national holiday - Kupala Night or it’s also known as Ivan Kupala Day 🌿.
Therefore, our hosts had a great opportunity to join the development of folk art and crafts. For fully immerse themselves in the era of Kievan Rus, Rob and Heather wore princely costumes and tried to feel how to be a king.
