Chalet Renovation | Framing, Windows & Stairs - 2
Our 2nd construction renovation update on the Lokal Chalet Project covers the install of our new wall of glass in the double height living space plus completion of interior framing.

It's the 3rd week in February, 2021. The snow has slowed our crew down a bit but we are pressing on. Interior framing has been completed and all new windows and doors have been installed. New stairs to the basement and 2nd floor are going in now.
The wall of glass in the double height living room from Anderson Windows via 84 Lumber has really transformed this space. That combined with removing the old framing on the first floor and taking that ceiling height to 10' clear has made all the difference in this vacation home renovation by Lokal Hotel.
Lastly, Chad dives into some more landscaping details and some good news for our two towering white oak trees on the property.
