How Madara Gave Nagato His Rinnegan
Madara gave his Rinnegan to Nagato when he was very young. Madara on the other hand, was very old, he only awakened his Rinnegan when he was about to die in that cave, and had to give it to someone else so that eventually Nagato would revive him with Rinne Tensei. This happened before Naruto Part 1 even started, but we only see that in Naruto Shippuden.
But how did Madara transplant the Rinnegan? Afterall, Nagato and nobody else ever notice that his real eyes were removed and the crazy Rinnegan were implanted. Also, Madara couldn't leave his cave, he needed to be connected to the Gedo Mazo or he would die, so Nagato had to be brought to the cave, probably by White Zetsu. So let's figure out how this mystery of the Naruto Anime or Naruto Manga.
