Here are a few snap commands to remember - they can be used in the middle of a command (after prompted for a point as I did in the video - this will filter for just that snap mode and ignore other snap settings)
_end = endpoint
_mid = midpoint
_int = intersection
_per = perpendicular
_nod = node

_qua = quadrant
_nea = nearest
