Oven "Smoked" Velvetta Queso
sautee:
a little bacon
breakfast sausage
1/2 large onion
1 T minced garlic
soak up grease with paper towel
add sausage mix to:
32oz Velvetta
can rotel
8oz monterrey jack
green hatch chilis
cilantro
cumin dusted on top
300° for about 40ish min (covered)
*optional: add 1/2 a beer
