A Message from Cantor Lizzie Weiss
In the first week of June this year, we found our world even more unrecognizable than we could have imagined. Already becoming numb to the concept of social distancing and quarantine, civil unrest in our world was at its peak. And as I found myself aching to try to be a part of creating change in our world, I recognized the deep exhaustion inside everyone around me. Anxiety was a roadblock to rest.
It was a reminder that we must allow ourselves to rest so that we can help others. SO that we can continue to breathe life into this world. Flowing from deep within my heart came these words.
