Full Synchronization guide to the assassination contract: Cardinal Sin. You must kill only the Cardinal in this mission. There are many guards in the same area with the Cardinal and they are actively searching for you, so use crowd blending or benches to avoid their detection. You may use Recruits to take out guards which does not break the Full Synch.
