Some residents of Rasimone Village in Rustenburg in the North West province have raised concern over, what they believe is structural damage to their homes caused by blasting from the nearby Impala Platinum mine. They say persistent tremors over the years, have weakened and collapsed several homes, leaving families in unsafe conditions and with the constant fear of further damage. Residents say their calls for help have largely gone unanswered, and their patience is running out.
