Scottish Recipes Walnut and Pear Cake and Rhubarb Chutney
Hello folks! I hope you enjoy these two delicious recipes, they are not particularly seasonal but really delicious and worth making at any time of year.
The Walnut & Pear loaf is really easy to throw together and delicious with a light spread of honey and crumbled walnuts on the top. The rhubarb chutney is nice to make at the end of Spring or in Early Summer when the rhubarb comes through. Its a nice intro to the preserving months.
