Scottish Fish Cakes and Egg Sauce Family Recipe
These fish cakes and egg sauce take me back to my childhood and remind me of a dish my Dad would make with haddock and white sauce. I have used plain haddock in these Scottish Fish Cakes but you could also try using Smoked Haddock for this recipe too.

These delicious fish cakes can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven if you want to prepare your weekly meals in advance. They are really simple to make and you can vary up your Scottish Fish Cakes with different herbs or different fish. Try using diferent herb combinations and maybe some Scottish Salmon instead of haddock.
