My Channel Management Philosophy: http://bit.ly/3Lx2WlY
Much of what I discuss in this episode sounds vague, but there are very tangible repercussions. Viewers consciously and subconsciously pick up on a lot of visual cues on whether some is being disingenuous and it can impact viewer retention. If you are out of sight, out of mind, with your publishing schedule and don't engage an audience in the comments, on other social media platforms, in person, etc., it's easy to forget about your channel. A YouTube channel is a living thing because it speaks to people and only an audience first perspective will allow you to ATTEMPT to navigate the ever changing landscape of being a content creator.
