This video goes over the basics of using Adobe Fireworks CS 5.1 to quickly optimize and export web graphics and images for use on the web.
Don't forget that after you have optimized your graphic or image using the "optimize" option on the side bar that you must then use the "export" option to send that optimized graphic to the desired destination. !!! VERY IMPORTANT !!!
