CUISINART PUMPKIN LOAF!! PAN DE CALABAZA
Hi guys!
It´s been a while but I am back with A LOT of delicious recipes from all over for you to try!
To start off my return, I present to you a super easy and versatile Pumpkin Loaf recipe using my Cuisinart Bread Maker!
Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker*
Model: CBK-110P1
Ingredients for a 2-pound loaf:
8 tbsp of unsalted butter at room temperature.
1 cup of pumpkin puree ( roughly about 8oz )
2 large eggs at room temperature.
1 tsp of vanilla extract.
1 tsp of baking soda.
1 tsp of baking powder.
½ cup of sugar.
½ tsp of salt.
½ tsp of ground cinnamon.
2 cups all-purpose flour.
REMEMBER, every recipe can be modified, there is no one way of doing things AND cooking should always be enjoyable and CREATIVE! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did making it for you!
