Overkill's The Walking Dead - Season 2's Ending Cutscene
Called Cinematic_S02E07-2_Epilogue in the game files. It pops up when you finish the last level available in Version 1.4 , Sixty Feet Under, like the cutscene you got when you finished Join or Die. Considering they made this, I guess the levels remaining in Season 2 were never made.
