The MoSCow method is a technique used to prioritize requirements and make decisions. According to Wikipedia, it is a technique used in project management, software and application development in which a priority is assigned to each one of the requirements.

The name of this technique is an acronym that is formed with the first letters of each of the prioritization categories. These categories are as follows:

Should have
