This chic and easy-to-make sun visor pattern comes with two brim sizes to suit your style. Featuring a headband with an internal wire, it eliminates the need for elastic or Velcro.
Simply twist the ends to achieve your desired fit- no hair fuss or pressure on your head. Plus, it’s fully reversible, giving you two fabulous looks in one!
In this tutorial I’ll show you how to make this sun visor with a wired headband using cotton fabric, fusible buckram and sew-in fleece.
Use 20 gauge craft wire or a bit heavier.
