DIY Magic Scrunchie Hair Comb - Easy Hair Bun Style
Create this easy Magic Scrunchie Hair Comb with just two strips of fabric, some millinery elastic. You will also need 2 large plastic side combs with six holes on the edges. ( I used from my African ButterflyHair Comb)
Cut 2 strips of fabric 2 ½" x 22"
Cut 2 x 1mm millinery elastic 24" long
Just twist your hair into a bun, slide one comb into side of bun, put fingers through the fabric scrunchies and hold bun in place. Then stretch the other comb over the bun and slide into the other side of it.
Carefully neaten up the scrunchies so they criss cross over the hair nicely and Voila! you have a pretty hair bun.
Make the scrunchies out of cotton, satin, velvet or any fabric you like.
Great to make as a gift or as an item to sew and sell.
