Cutting Segmented Rings By Hand (No Table Saw Segmented Turning) | The Woodturning Challenge Ep 02
In this multi part series I have been given the challenge to create my first ever segmented bowl here in the studio, but there is a catch... I'm not allowed to use a table or bandsaw for any part of the build.
In this second video I am cutting all my segments for the rings by hand using a nifty Japanese saw guide available through timbecon.
At the end of the challenge both Dane and Colin will be judging my final piece before assigning the next challenge. (That is, assuming I succeed.)
