A Luxury Doha Staycation (Sharq Village)
After nearly six months in my apartment and without traveling since Christmas 2019, it was time for a vacation. Two friends and I went on a weeknight "staycation" at the Sharq Village and Spa by Ritz Carlton. It's a luxury hotel located south of the Doha city center on the way to the airport. There are two pools, an expansive beach, and several restaurants as part of the hotel. It was a long-overdue change of pace while we're stuck in Qatar.
