Saat Alety, joins me to discuss raises in Congress. Saat currently works as the Director of Federal Affairs and Public Policy at Allstate, the nation's largest publicly held personal lines insurer. He's the youngest person to lead a Fortune 100 D.C. and was on The Hill's 2020 Top Lobbyists List.
Given Saat's expertise both in Congress and the private sector, he not only shares how the private and public sectors are different, he also reveals what works and what to avoid in Congress when asking for that raise.
