Do you work in Congress and want a raise? Follow these tips to successfully learn how to earn more on Capitol Hill!
Since the private and public sectors are different, understanding what works and what to avoid in Congress will give you the best shot at getting that raise. What are the DOs and DONTs? Congressional staff pay is a HOT TOPIC, and many wonder how can they increase their pay? Here are tips on how to successfully get a raise if you work on Capitol Hill.
For this video I spoke with a number of current and former staff as well as staff who had either asked for a raise or given them (such as Chiefs of staff).
