How to Reduce Eyebags in Lightroom.
Here's a quick little tutorial on reducing the appearance of eyebags inside of Adobe lightroom. We can't completely remove them, but this is a fast trick that will get you most of the way there and either give you a good foundation for photoshop - or in most cases get you to a place thats "good enough".
