In this tutorial, I'll be walking you through, step-by-step, on how to create simple cinemagraphs (aka moving pictures) using the latest version of final cut pro x (10.4) without having to download any plugins!
Cinemagraphs are essentially still images that consist of subtle motion/movements (e.g. water running through a stream). To me, they are living images with a never-ending moment. The juxtaposition of stillness and movements can be used to create a range of reaction in viewers.
