I had a hard time falling asleep last night. Warning - sexual abuse - Disgusting Behaviour
I was doing a Zoom group session with my Patreon's. When I froze. One of the men decided to be totally inappropriate, disrespectful, and abusive.
I really prefer to believe in the good in people. Sometimes, like in this situation, that is not what I saw. I began to question what I saw when I confronted him and he denied it. However, I had recorded the session to post to my group. My partner reviewed the recording and confirmed what I saw and my gut told me had happened.
I am proud of myself. I confronted the disrespectful man and told him in very clear terms that he will never have access to me again. I have blocked him on my social media. I am proud that I have stood up for my boundaries and used this as a teaching moment.
The ultimate result? I have closed my Patreon account and have decided to post these 21 videos as a way to weed out those disgusting people that were here for the wrong reasons. If they get less views or comments or likes it doesn't matter to me. This isn't a popularity contest for me. I have a powerful message of empowerment, healing and peace to bring and that is my priority.
I had to speak up and share this experience as it is not acceptable or ok and I want you to know that it’s ok to talk, seek support and help when you’re not treated with the love and respect you deserve.
