Volvo V70 D5 2.4 (2000-2007) engine oil + filter change
In this video I'll show you how to change the engine oil and the filter without having to crawl under the car. This is a very nice method that produces the same result as the traditional; I really recommend this.
Requirements:
a suction pump
some paper towels
a 36 mm socket + a long extension
a waste oil can, roughly 5 litres (the maintenance documents say that the engine holds 6.5 litres of oil, but that seems to be an exaggeration just like the 12.5 litre coolant volume)
a new filter element (OE number 8692305)
2 x Mobil Super3000 5W-40 4 L
