I Tested DLSS 4.5 in Tarkov… TAA High Won
I wanted to see if DLSS 4.5 Quality is actually worth using in Escape from Tarkov for my setup, or if TAA High is still the better option.
In this video I compare image quality, FPS, and overall gameplay to see which setting I'd actually recommend using.
For me, it comes down to the performance difference. If DLSS gives you a noticeable FPS gain, I'd use it. (if u don't mind the shimmering lol) If the gain is small or basically nonexistent, I think TAA High looks better and is the better choice.
I might do a DLAA comparison next since I think it could be really interesting, especially for people with enough GPU headroom to run it.
