Directions of Influence - Stakeholder Analysis Technique
Directions of Influence categorizes stakeholders based on the direction in which they exert their influence on the project or the project team. There are four primary directions: Upwards, sidewards, downwards and outwards.
Stakeholder Identification and Classification is a crucial step in Project Management. Best Practice suggests that a PM must identify as many Stakeholders as possible and as early as possible in the project lifecycle.
