Case Manager Position - Various Phoenix locations
Seeking caring and self-motivated Case Managers to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at one of three of our Integrated Recovery Health Centers.

Full-Time Employed; 40 hours/week - day shifts; no evenings or weekends required

Priest and Broadway Rd in Tempe, AZ
51st Ave and Camelback Rd in Phoenix, AZ
23rd Ave and Dunlap in Phoenix, AZ
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)
