🛡️ Deep Dive: Btrfs Snapshots with the Btrfs Assistant
A rolling release like Arch Linux needs a good safety net. I'll show you how I easily create snapshots of the file system using the Btrfs Assistant and snapper. This way, if a bad update occurs, you can restore your system to its previous state with just one click.
Installing Btrfs Assistant on Arch:
You can easily install the program and its dependencies via the AUR helper yay. Open a terminal and enter:
yay -S btrfs-assistant
