250 ml kefir
40 ml water
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon odorless vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
200 g flour
4 hard-boiled eggs
20-30 g green onions (small bunch)
