Trying to fix a Nintendo Switch
In this stream I attempt to diagnose and repair a faulty switch that refuses to power up.
It turns out the problem was with the eMMC module and Horizon OS being corrupted. The reason the switch had a black screen is because whoever owned the switch previously hacked the console and somehow corrupted the operating system whilst auto RCM was active.
Although not captured on this stream I did go on to rebuild the NAND memory to a stock factory fresh install of Horizon OS. I plan to do another video detailing exactly how to do this to recover a blue screen caused by a corrupted eMMC module.
