How to Make This Disneyland Paper Hat
I call this “chaotic midnight Disney crafting” 😂 I hope this is helpful to anyone who would like to make their own paper hat! I will warn you, though, if it is breezy do be sure to tie it tightly because it does get caught in the wind 🙈
To transport it to the parks, I placed it between two pieces of cardboard in the bottom of my suitcase (since I’m not local) and that worked really well. if I did the project again, I consider doing it in some pastel colors as some of the hats were sold in pastel pinks, blues, yellows in Disneyland in the 1950s. There were even some paper hats with Tinker Bell on them, and some with fun vintage sun designs which might be my next project 😂 I also would’ve used ribbon instead of string to tie the hat, I was just using whatever I had on hand.
