Need to run 12V devices from a 48V RV power system? In this video, we walk through several ways to step down 48V to 12V safely so you can power RV lights, fans, fridges, controls, and other low-voltage equipment.
If you are running a 48V lithium battery bank in an RV, fifth wheel, trailer, coffee trailer, or off-grid solar system, you still may need clean and reliable 12V power. We’ll look at the options, including keeping a 12V battery, using a converter, or using a dedicated 48V to 12V step-down device.
This video is especially useful if you are trying to simplify your RV electrical system, eliminate the 12V battery, reduce complexity, or better integrate your 48V solar battery bank with standard RV loads.
