Fraser was a former Disney animator who, alongside the dozens of other Disney staff that got laid off following the hectic aftermath of Sleeping Beauty, went to work for Hanna-Barbera for a while. Though, He also worked for Jack Kinney on some of the 60’s popeye cartoons done by his studio during that time
