WhatsApp's days as the world's #1 messaging app are numbered. While they were the first app to break into the mainstream, they haven't done enough to stay ahead of the competition. Telegram, their closest competitor, is seeing exponential growth in users, and not slowing down on development -- adding more features in just a few months than WhatsApp has in years.
With more exclusive features than any other app, and closing in on 500M users, Telegram is on track to take WhatsApp's top spot. It's only a matter of time.
