Walking in Woodstock
A light drizzle stroll through the historic market town of Woodstock. The broad streets, easy cafes and the narrow alleys all leading one to feel that this town, a hop skip and a jump from Oxford and encompassing the wonders of Blenheim Palace is one of the easiest places to spend a day. On this particular evening, however, the tourists were absent, the weather was dour and most inhabitants were indoors hiding away. The perfect day, in my mind, for a wander.
