Walking in Painswick: Among the Yew Trees
A short walk around St. Mary's Parish Churchyard which has a spectacular number of closely trimmed yew trees. I shall not pretend this is anything but a walk around in circles as I have always been fascinated by the strange shapes and texture of this place. A unique combination of nature and abstract art.
It's a popular destination but, luckily, not overflowing with tourists even on a clear sunny Sunday morning.
