'9/11 Silent Walk' will mark 23 years since terrorist attacks
Next week, America will mark a solemn day -- the 23rd anniversary of September 11th, 2001.
Nearly 3,000 Americans lost their lives and more than 6,000 others were injured.
People in the Lowcountry will be walking from downtown Charleston, over the Ravenel bridge, to the USS Yorktown in honor of the lives lost.
Tian Griffieth is one of the founders of the walk and joined Mel Orlins on Good Morning Charleston to talk about the reason he started this movement.
