Digimon World 3 - Good Digimon Game, Meh RPG
Well here we are boys and girls, the final part of the Digimon World trilogy on PS1. As I previously brought up in the last 2 videos. Digimon World is a strange series, as each game is vastly different from the other. Being disconnected story wise and completely changing the core gameplay between games.
The first is a pet raising action RPG. The 2nd is a rogue-like, dungeon crawling, turn-based RPG. The final game is a more traditional JRPG, simplifying some of the ideas from the 2nd game. But bringing in old ideas from the first game. And maybe borrowing a little too much from its competitor, Pokemon.
