Have you ever bought a game from a series you weren’t familiar with, but the trailers and early reviews looked good enough to sell you on it? You start playing, enjoy it for a bit, but after a few hours, you end up regretting the purchase? For me, that game is Mafia III. At the time I was vaguely acquainted with the series, as I did play the original Mafia on PS2, though its lower quality compared to the PC release didn’t leave the best impression. I’m also pretty sure I never played Mafia II until I covered it for the channel.
