A cheaper and greener process for producing bioplastics
🌱🌍 Cheaper and greener bioplastics are possible thanks to Michiel Dusselier and Bert Sels, finalists for the European Inventor Award 2023. 🙌 The Belgian duo developed a new method to produce #bioplastics using polylactic acid (PLA) without fossil fuels or toxic chemicals, saving energy and lowering plastic production costs.
