1977년, 당시 TBC 동양방송 뉴스 취재팀은 일본 오키나와의 가데나 공군기지에 위치한 미 공군을 취재했습니다. 취재팀은 여기서 당시 미 공군의 초음속 전략정찰기였던 SR-71의 이륙 장면을 촬영했습니다. 이륙과 착륙 계획 모두 기밀이었기 때문에 이틀간 활주로 끝 잔디밭에서 대기한 끝에 촬영에 성공했다고 설명했습니다.
In 1977, a news team of Korean TBC broadcasting company, has covered the U.S. Air Force, which is located at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. The news team filmed the take-off of SR-71, the U.S. Air Force's supersonic strategic reconnaissance aircraft at the time. Since both the take-off and landing schedules were classified, they explained that they had succeeded in filming after waiting on the lawn at the end of the runway for two days.
