New rules regulating competition in digital markets are considered across different jurisdictions. Many countries traditionally look at EU and UK as the regulatory labs for designing new sui generis ex-ante regimes. Yet the experimental nature of these rules urges for a two-way street.
We recorded a detailed conversation with three excellent competition experts from Brazil – Profs. Caio Mario S. Pereira Neto, Juliana Oliveira Domingues and Vinicius Klein – discussing Brazilian competition law and policy in general and looking at regulation of digital markets in particular.
