The "Think-Yo Concert" was held in the main auditorium of the Ansan Lifelong Learning Center in Gyeonggi Province. Hosted by Kim Seong-su (CEO of Kim's Yoga Pilates, President of the Korea Yoga Alliance, and President of the Ansan City Yoga Association), the concert was fully funded by tuition. Approximately 100 people attended, including Ansan City yoga members, Kim's Yoga branch directors and instructors, members of the Siheung City Multicultural Center in Gyeonggi Province, and executives and members of the Korea Yoga Alliance.
Think-Yo is a portmanteau of "think" and "yoga."
The Think-Yo Concert was a time to share the correct asanas and, going a step further, discuss why they should practice and what direction to take in their practice. It was also a time to explore how yoga impacts our lives, and to discover our true selves and create a journey of happiness together when the right mindset and actions are combined with asana.
The concert, which was divided into four parts, began with Director Kim Seong-su's Yoga Meditation segment. Following this, Lee Seung-ah (CEO of Nadia Yoga) led a Small Tool Therapy class in the second part. The group began by exploring the theory of Vinytherapy, followed by practical exercises using small tool therapy (yoga blocks and straps, with a special user guide) and a relaxation meditation session.
The third part, also titled Hands-On Techniques, featured Director Lee Seung-ah's Urdhvadhanura, Gomukhasana, and Subdha Padangusthasana. Through a Q&A session, participants explored meticulously tailored, scientific techniques for treating joint dysfunction, deformities, and aging mobility. Finally, in Part 4, singer-songwriter EUNO added to the excitement of the concert with sweet guitar melodies and captivating vocals.
